This cocktail not only retains a clear color, it is related closely to the Americano cocktail. With Italicus Bergamot Liqueur standing in for sweet vermouth, and Luxardo Bitter Bianco standing in for bitter Campari, these two ingredients form the perfect lime-driven spritz that is more interesting than it’s orange-hued cousins.
